We have direct contact with Symantec’s own technical product specialists, ensuring rapid escalation and resolution of any issues.During our time as part of Symantec, we organised and developed its capability to advise on, and deliver, PCI DSS compliant projects for EMEA (we were cited by Symantec globally as an example of best practice in delivering such services). We retain these skills and continue to assist clients with implementing compliance tools.
