Our approach is to actively seek joint engagements, recognising that by working together the client ultimately receives the best possible solution and a broader selection of proven complementary services.
Our approach is wholly collaborative, and it is as partner-centric as it is client-centric. We also know that we are only as good as our last job. Just because we’ve been in the business for so long, that doesn’t mean that we don’t have to continually raise our own game, embrace new technologies and evolve our business.
We recognise that when we deliver services to a partner, its reputation is on the line. At c85, we aim to enhance that partner’s reputation.
Delivery services for partners
Within large enterprises we’re typically engaged to provide niche services within a larger project – whether it’s managed by a business consultancy or systems integrator. Perhaps the implementation requires competent, accredited skills in backup, data protection or enablement of a specific product. Maybe it needs individual aspects to be separately project managed, or resources to help provide a managed service.
We also have a strong track record of working as a delivery partner for blue chip technology and communications firms, helping fulfil some of their very largest and most high-profile engagements.
We’re always interested in talking to like-minded service providers looking for niche skills to beef up their proposals and to help implement their solutions.
c85 Affinity Partner programme
We run our own Affinity Partner programme, through which we are able to offer our clients resources that we know well and that we trust to deliver in our name, and against c85’s stringent quality criteria.
We maintain a very active involvement in all engagements, and aim for a target threshold no lower than 75% c85 staff and 25% affinity partners.
